London Calling? No. It’s Time for Tea in LA with “Tea Service at h.wood by Chado”

Earlier today we brought you news that The h.wood Group would be celebrating a very exclusive opening of Las Palmas, just in time for Cinco de Mayo.

Proving that they are never one to sit back and rest on their laurels, The h.wood Group is pushing forward with more new initiatives that have the VIPs’ mouths watering at the mere mention.

“Tea Service at h.wood by Chado” will offer daytime tea tasting and brunch for those who desire the finer things in life. The service at the Tea Room at h.wood will embrace the traditional afternoon tea experience by offering the group’s personalized brand of tea blends called h.wood.tea. We were tipped off that the Beauty Blend and the Anti-Aging Blend are top picks with tea connoisseurs. There will be an offering of more than 300 organic, fair trade, loose-leaf teas, and a delicious brunch menu.

But if you are the kind of beverage buff that prefers a bit of a kick, we will direct your attention to the Prohibition Teas, or tea cocktails, with Champagne and sangria varieties.

As a compliment to the Tea Room at h.wood, this will be only the fifth time that Chado Tea has partnered for such a service. “We are excited to bring our 21-year experience to the heart of Hollywood. Our collection of rare teas, herbs, and blends will complement our fine tea service,” says Reena Shah, Chado founder.
