The Haute 20™ for October 2026: South Florida’s Top 20 New Luxury Developments

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami leads the October 2026 edition of The Haute 20™, the monthly ranking of South Florida’s most in-demand new luxury developments published by Haute Living’s real estate platform, Haute Residence.

The Haute 20 ranks new construction from Miami to Palm Beach on a weighted index of buyer interest, market momentum, editorial and search interest, and AI visibility. Price is not a factor, so the list runs from a $1.1 million Design District condominium to $15 million residences on Fisher Island.

The St. Regis Residences in Brickell holds No. 2. Bentley Residences Sunny Isles Beach climbs to No. 3, and Villa Miami in Edgewater posts the month’s biggest top-five gain, up five places to No. 4. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, West Palm Beach completes the top five.
