Real Estate Hunt Leads J.Lo and Marc to Vero Beach
It’s assumed that J.Lo and Miami go together like bread and butter. But Lopez and her crooning hubby are looking for beachfront real estate elsewhere (though we don’t really understand why). This search has led them just a few miles north to Vero Beach (we repeat, you can understand our confusion here).
The Real Deal reports the Latin actress was house hunting earlier this month while vacationing at Costa d’Este, looking down the sandy road from fellow friends and Miami Dolphins’ minority owners Gloria and Emilio Estefan. The Estefans also happen to own in the area that may become the new celebrity getaway.
Another property comes to mind when J.Lo and Marc are mentioned: Icon Brickell in Miami. This raises big question marks since Anthony told People in September that he bought the condo and vowed to make it, “the sexiest place in town.”
After that gem came from the singer’s golden pipes, the Miami Herald noted that the pair, “allegedly bought the penthouse at Icon South Beach,” before the economy fell apart. The evidence of that, however, never materialized. It’s apparent that everything coming from the Anthony camp is up in the air.
Lopez and Anthony originally met while collaborating on a Spanish song titled, “No me Ames.” The undeniable chemistry carried over into their personal lives when, after a few unsuccessful marriages on Lopez’s end (and one on Anthony’s part as well), they were reacquainted and married in 2004. A few years later (2008 to be exact), the couple heard the pitter patter of adorable twins, Max and Emme. And they lived happily ever after. Seriously, they’re still one big happy family to this day. Believe us, it’s quite refreshing to hear that some couples can make it last; six years is a lifetime in the 21st century.
