Official word indicates that the mayor is scheduled to declare Miami International Fashion Week, the largest Latin American and international fashion event in the U.S., as the official fashion week for Miami during a press conference on March 18, at which time he will also present a proclamation to MIFW Founder and President Beth Sobol.
