Open Wings Broken Strings Hits Miami

The Adrienne Arsht Center, chaired by Haute Secrets contributor Ricky Arriola, will play host to an incredible and innovative musical experience provided by the Open Wings Broken Strings concert tour. The concept of the show is to highlight three amazing guitarists (Eddie Kowalczyk of LIVE, Art Alexakis of Everclear, and Leigh Nash of Sixpence None The Richer), all of whom will be playing acoustic versions of their biggest hits.

The CEO and President of the Adrienne Arsht Center, John Richard, said, “I hope the South Florida community will join us for an intimate night with these major guitarists, and a thrilling glimpse into the soul of their rock ‘n’ roll.”

Each performance will provide guests with an insightful look into the inspiration of song through the voices of the musicians themselves.  The background stories told by each artist will only add to the audience’s overall experience as their favorite guitarist highlights the creative force behind each performance.

The event will take place March 12, 2010 at 8 p.m. in the Knight Concert Hall inside the Adrienne Arsht Center, located on 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL.  Tickets range from $24.50 to $44.50, and can be purchased on VividSeats. Prepare for a once-in-a-lifetime concert as listeners will be given an insider’s look at the creation of their favorite songs.

Also taking place at the Arsht Center this weekend is the hit Broadway musical, Wicked.  Both events have created and undeniable buzz around South Florida and each promises to provide an unforgettable night of haute entertainment. We hope to see you all there.
