Haute Estate: Elie Hirschfeld Lists $25 million Home

Real estate mogul, Elie Hirschfeld, has listed his oceanfront East Hampton estate on the market for $25 million.

Hirschfeld is the president of New York metro area developer Hirschfeld Properties, and he has just listed his East Hampton home for $25 million. The home features eight bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, four fireplaces, a library, a private beach walkway, and a heated pool.

Hirschfeld’s home was completely renovated in 2002 and is a very comfortable 12,000 square feet. Sitting on 1.2 acres, the home was designed by John Custis Lawrence in 1920.
