East Side Social Club opens at the Pod Hotel

Midtowners, rejoice. There is a new sleek and sexy hotspot for you to send your evenings out on the town. Introducing the East Side Social Club; a new bar, restaurant, late night spot located in the Pod Hotel.

Owner Billy Gilroy joins his brother Jim, his son Devon (who also acts as the chef), daughter Grace (the new General Manager), and photographer and investor Patrick McMullan welcome you to the East Side Social Club in Midtown. Following in the footsteps of other Gilroy properties, the East Side Social Club is rumored to be big, beautiful, sexy, and yes, even sultry.

The chef, Devon Gilroy has earned his credentials after working at both the Chanterelle and A Voce, but for the East Side Social Club he will be putting out an Italian American menu with crudo and raw bar special, homemade specials, and Berkshire pork chops. But bring your designated driver because this new spot also has great cocktails.

The location seats 112 people and is divided into a bar, main dining room, and semi-private room located on a raised platform.

East Side Social Club is open daily from 6:45am to 4am (you read that correctly, apparently New York isn’t the only place that never sleeps—the spot is only closed for 2 hours and 45 minutes every day) and they will be serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night cocktails, and cocktails.
