September is National Yoga Month. What better way to fight stress and find serenity than celebrating this amazing commemorative month?
For those of you who are not 100 percent sure what yoga consist of, it’s defined as a system of exercises for mental and physical health. It’s a way to achieve peace as well as minimize stress and anxiety. Yoga derives from a Hindu philosophy that teaches a person to experience inner peace by controlling the body and mind. It consists of a number of poses such as downward facing dog, knee press, hare pose, chair pose, tree pose, Bikram triangle right and much more.
