Frasier Star David Hyde Pierce Sells Los Feliz Home for $7.05 Million

Actor David Hyde Pierce, who played Dr. Niles Crane in the hit sitcom Frasier, has just sold his Los Feliz home for almost twice what he paid for it in 2003. The actor and sitcom writer/producer Brian Hargrove sold their home last week for $7.05 million.
After purchasing the 1929 house in Los Feliz in 2003 for $3.625 million, David Hyde Pierce and Brian Hargrove did extensive renovations in 2004. The home features seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, a banquet sized formal dining room, a veranda with a fireplace, a library, a gym, a wine vault, a theater, a pool, a one-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse and nearly an acre of land.
The home was originally built for OR Fuller of the Auburn-Fuller car company and was originally decorated by George A. Sager.
David Hyde Pierce won four Emmy Awards during his years on Fraiser.
