Haute Estates: David Schwimmer Lists Los Angeles Home for $10.7 Million

Former Friends star David Schwimmer has listed his grand, 11,000-square-foot Mediterranean styled Los Angeles home for $10.7 million.

The nine-bedroom mansion was designed in the 1920s by architectural firm Koerner & Gage, which also happened to design Beverly Hills’ City Hall. Schwimmer purchased the lavish home in 2001 for $5.5 million.

Schwimmer recently did some renovations on the home and several upgrades done such as reinstating the home’s windows, doors and hardwood floors. A new heating and air conditioning system was also added.

Other features of the home include a wood paneled library, a screening room, a pool, a spa and a tennis court.

It is reported that Schwimmer and his wife have decided to sell the home because they recently started a family and hope to pick out a new Hancock Park home together.
