Haley is the Managing Attorney of The Estate & Elder Law Center (operating as The Estate & Elder Law Center of Southside Virginia, PLLC and of Central Virginia, PLLC), with offices in Danville and Lynchburg. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney® (CELA®) and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP). Practicing law since 1995, he concentrates exclusively on elder law, estate planning, probate, asset protection/Medicaid planning, and fiduciary services. Earlier in his career he practiced real estate and general law before narrowing his focus to elder law to meet the planning needs of families in Southside Virginia. A charter/founding member of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (VAELA), he holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to Super Lawyers across multiple years. A native of Bassett, Virginia, and a U.S. Air Force veteran of more than eight years, he earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (1994).
