Michael M. Marques

Michael M. Marques is the founder and principal attorney of The Marques Law Firm, PLLC, a boutique practice with offices in Boston, Massachusetts, and New York City. He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, tax audit representation, and business and succession planning, with an emphasis on generational wealth preservation for both individual and corporate clients. A Massachusetts native, Mr. Marques earned his Bachelor's degree from Assumption University, his M.B.A. from The College of Saint Rose, and his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. Earlier in his career, he clerked at the Office of the New York State Attorney General and at LaMarche Safranko Law, PLLC, and later practiced at the Law Offices of Kiepura & Associates, P.C., a firm concentrating on personal and corporate tax and finance law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, as well as several federal courts, and serves clients in both states.
