Liana Serobian

Liana Serobian is a California-licensed attorney and the principal of Serobian Law, Inc. in Glendale, California. She is an active member of the State Bar of California (Bar No. 235466) and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her practice focuses on appellate advocacy in juvenile dependency matters and on civil rights litigation involving alleged constitutional violations under the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments.

Attorney Serobian is a graduate of the USC Gould School of Law, where she participated in the Review of Law and Women's Studies. The firm reports that her appellate work has contributed to published California Court of Appeal opinions since 2005 across approximately 20 cases, and that two Petitions for Review were granted by the California Supreme Court in 2025 with remands to the Court of Appeal.
