Kimberly Diego

Kimberly Diego is a criminal defense attorney and the founder of The Law Office of Kimberly Diego (also known as Diego Criminal Defense), a boutique firm based in Denver, Colorado. She was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2008 and founded her firm in 2009. A 2001 graduate of Georgetown University, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2008, where she completed the school's criminal defense clinic and served an internship with the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. Her practice focuses exclusively on criminal defense, covering misdemeanor and felony matters in municipal, county, and district courts. She handles cases in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, and Larimer Counties. Diego is bilingual and frequently provides representation to Spanish-speaking clients. As the sole attorney at her firm, she personally manages each case rather than delegating to associates.
