Kevin Rubin

Kevin Rubin is a family law attorney in Atlanta, Georgia, and the founding attorney of Rubin Family Law LLC. He has built a reputation for representing clients with honesty, integrity, and efficiency, and has dedicated his law career exclusively to family law with a focus on providing highly personalized service.

A Practice Devoted to Family Law. Kevin has successfully represented clients in a broad range of family law cases, including simple and complex actions for divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, modification of previous orders, paternity and legitimation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and contempt actions. Rubin Family Law serves clients across metro Atlanta, including Alpharetta, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Cumming, Decatur, Duluth, Dunwoody, Johns Creek, Kennesaw, Marietta, Milton, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, and Woodstock.

Education and Admissions. Kevin graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2008. He earned a Master's of Science in Information Systems Technology (MSIST) and a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) from George Washington University in 2001. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia, with admissions to the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Georgia State Trial Courts.

Recognition and Fellowships. Kevin is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). He has been recognized by Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, Doyle's Guide, and Georgia Trend Legal Elite for his legal acumen.

Leadership and Service. Kevin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia's Family Law Section, the Atlanta Bar Association's Family Law Section, and the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. He serves on the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia's Family Law Section and was Chair of the Board of the Atlanta Bar Association's Family Law Section for bar year 2025-2026. He is an Officer on the Board of the Georgia Chapter of the AAML, a faculty member of the AAML Institute for Family Law Associates, and serves on numerous AAML committees, including in leadership positions. Kevin is also an active author and speaker, having presented and published extensively on family law topics, evidence, and legal technology.

A native of Philadelphia, Kevin lives in Cobb County with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and cheering for the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Eagles.
