Kevin H. Brogan

Kevin H. Brogan is a partner at Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP in Los Angeles, California, and a trial lawyer known for his work in eminent domain, inverse condemnation, and complex real property and business litigation, often involving valuation disputes. His clients range from multinational corporations to individual property and business owners, including owners of major retail centers, industrial and distribution facilities, hotels, office and apartment buildings, and oil and gas properties. He authors and updates the California chapter of the American Bar Association's treatise The Law of Eminent Domain. In addition to his eminent domain practice, Brogan defends professionals — including attorneys, real estate brokers, architects, and engineers — in malpractice and breach-of-fiduciary-duty matters, and is certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Legal Malpractice.
