Joseph L. Benson II

Joseph L. Benson II, Esq. is a personal injury attorney and founding partner of Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC, in Las Vegas, Nevada. A Nevada native raised in Las Vegas, Incline Village, and Reno, he attended Earl Wooster High School before earning a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2000, and his studies included International Constitutional Law instruction under the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia at Trinity College, Dublin. Licensed to practice in Nevada since October 2000, Benson began as an associate at Benson, Bertoldo, Baker & Carter (2000–2003) before co-founding Benson & Bingham in 2004. His practice concentrates on civil tort litigation — including motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, products liability, and medical malpractice — with trial experience in Justice, District, and Federal Court. He is admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
