Joseph L. Benson II

Joseph L. Benson II, Esq. is a Las Vegas personal injury attorney and the founding and managing partner of Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC. A Nevada native, he has more than 25 years of experience and has handled thousands of cases, including complex civil tort litigation in Nevada's Justice, District, and Federal courts.

An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Benson has tried more than 25 jury trials and handled over 100 arbitrations and mediations, maintaining an unblemished disciplinary record with the State Bar of Nevada. His practice focuses on motor vehicle, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, and pedestrian accidents, slip-and-fall and premises liability, wrongful death, brain injury, products liability, and medical malpractice.

Licensed in Nevada since 2000 and admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Mr. Benson began his career at Benson, Bertoldo & Baker before co-founding Benson & Bingham in 2004. He earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a B.S. in Hotel Administration from UNLV. His father, Joseph L. Benson Sr., was a personal injury attorney and recipient of the 2011 Nevada Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mr. Benson is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Nevada Justice Association, the American Bar Association, and the Clark County Bar Association.
