Joanne Ratinoff

Joanne Ratinoff is a family law attorney and managing partner of The Ratinoff Law Group in Los Angeles, California. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1978 (Bar No. 83124, active status), she has focused her practice exclusively on family law for more than 35 years. Her work covers divorce, legal separation, property division, spousal and child support, child custody, support modifications, collaborative divorce, mediation, and prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She serves as counsel for individual parties, as a divorce mediator for self-represented parties and for parties and their attorneys (including virtual sessions), and as a consulting attorney or coach for clients in mediation. Ratinoff earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (1974) and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (1978). She has been selected to Super Lawyers (Los Angeles magazine) every year from 2009 through 2026 and is affiliated with professional organizations including the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations.
