Françoise Haasch

Françoise (Fran) M. Haasch is an experienced Florida personal injury attorney with more than 20 years of dedicated legal advocacy on behalf of accident victims and families who have lost loved ones due to negligence. As the founder of Fran Haasch Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, Ms. Haasch devotes 100% of her practice to plaintiffs' personal injury law, with a primary focus on car accidents, motorcycle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.

Serving clients throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Region, including Clearwater, Tampa, Palm Harbor, St. Petersburg, New Port Richey, and surrounding communities, Ms. Haasch is widely respected for her hands-on approach, legal insight, and relentless advocacy against insurance companies and large corporations.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Ms. Haasch relocated to Palm Harbor, Florida in 1991. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is a lifetime member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, an active member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.
