Françoise Haasch

Françoise (Fran) M. Haasch is the founding attorney of Fran Haasch Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, a plaintiffs' personal injury firm serving the Greater Tampa Bay Region from offices in Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and New Port Richey. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000 (Bar No. 303630), she has represented injury victims and the families of those lost to negligence for more than two decades. Her practice is devoted entirely to plaintiffs' personal injury, with an emphasis on car and motorcycle accidents, as well as trucking collisions, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, rideshare crashes, dog bites, premises liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Haasch earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association. She is a member in good standing with no disciplinary history.
