Don Bell

Don W. Bell is the principal attorney of Don Bell Law, a boutique law firm based in Grand Junction, Colorado, concentrating on bankruptcy and federal tax matters. He has practiced law since 1983, after earning his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School (Northwestern School of Law) in Portland, Oregon. He relocated to Washington in 1991 and joined the Washington State Bar, where he is an active member. An early practitioner in federal tax resolution, his practice is now limited to bankruptcy and federal taxation. Bell is admitted before the U.S. Tax Court and the federal district courts of Colorado, North Dakota, and Western Washington, allowing him to assist clients nationwide with IRS matters. He earlier completed a Bachelor of Arts at The Evergreen State College (1978) and a Certified Financial Planner program at the College for Financial Planning (1986). He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. His firm offers Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy services as well as tax resolution and debt relief.
