Brian Hooper

Brian J. Hooper is the founder of The Hooper Firm LLC, a boutique litigation practice based in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. A graduate of Harvard Law School (JD), he also holds a bachelor's degree from Washington and Lee University and an MPhil from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, with additional admissions reported in Florida, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Hooper serves as national coordinating and outside counsel for product manufacturers, distributors, and importers, and advises family offices, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals on litigation strategy and complex disputes. Earlier in his career, he held litigation roles at national firms including Womble Bond Dickinson and Wiley Rein, clerked for a federal appellate judge, and served in a national-security role at the U.S. Department of State. He holds an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars. He is active in the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the board.
