Ben J. Bingham, Esq. is the managing partner and co-founder of Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC, a Nevada personal injury firm he launched in 2003 with his cousin, attorney Joseph L. Benson II. A native Nevadan, Bingham earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (1993) and his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (2000), where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts II. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2000 (Bar No. 7280) and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before co-founding the firm, he worked as an associate attorney at Moran & Associates (2001–2003). Bingham began his career handling both criminal defense and personal injury matters and has focused his practice exclusively on personal injury since 2006. The firm operates five offices across Nevada, in Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, Reno, and Carson City.
