Bostonians were thrilled when Chef Daniel Boulud opened his famed Bar Boulud here last fall. This summer, the restaurant has introduced Boulud’s famed DB Burger. Now is your chance to get in on this limited-time offering. The burger is available Mondays only (from noon to closing) now through the end of August. The decadent house-ground beef patty is served with red wine braised short ribs, foie gras torchon, tomato confit, frisée salad and horseradish aioli served on an artisanal onion bun.

Whether you plan a staycation weekend getaway or are visiting Boston for the first time, a visit to the hotel’s on-site spa is a must. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston has recently introduced a new seasonal treatment, the Summer Reviver. The luxe one hour and 20 minute experience includes a full-body exfoliation featuring Mandarin Oriental’s signature Quintessence body scrub (a deliciously fragrant combination of ginger, mandarin and frankincense). The scrub of sea salt and sweet almond oil works to gently smooth and rejuvenate dry skin. The treatment, which is available now through September 1, finishes off with a full-body massage to improve circulation, eliminate toxins and relieve muscle tension.

On October 1, The Spa will introduce two Linda Meredith facial treatments – The Couture Facial and the Couture Facial with O2. The one-hour Couture Facial starts off with a deep cleanse using micro glycolic serums to reduce breakouts, firm the skin and soften fine lines. Using steam, the extraction process removes impurities and a micro peel serum is then applied to clean above and below the skin’s surface. A relaxing face, neck and shoulder massage concludes the treatment. If you need more intense results, the Couture Facial with O2 includes an additional 20-minute treatment that uses the natural healing power of oxygen. A serum is applied to replenish damaged skin, smoothing and plumping skin cells for immediate red carpet radiance.
