I can only say great and wonderful things about Dr. Avaliani. I found her to be not only knowledgeable about the skill and art of cosmetic surgery but open and honest with me about my concerns. She took her time answering all of my questions during my consultation (and I had a lot, lol) She understood me and all of ways...she really got my personality which is important for me in having a doctor. It is important that I not only trust my doctor but enjoy the doctor/patient relationship. She is great!!! I had Botox done the same day and I am very please with the results. I have already referred friends and a couple coworkers to her since I saw her just two weeks ago. I am confident I will be a returning patient. Dr. Avaliani is amazing! I've been battling dark circles for years and have spent thousands of dollars trying to get this corrected, but to no avail. Every plastic surgeon & dermatologist I went to subscribed some kind of bleaching cream and inform me that there was no treatment for dark circles. I researched the picosure laser and Dr. Avaliani's name kept coming up. After doing some research and reading excellent reviews on Dr. Avaliani, I decided to book an appointment with her. My first treatment was last week and the results are amazing. My dark circles are 90% gone.

I had reservations about going to someone other than the doctor I've been going to for years but I booked a consultation and was so impressed with Dr. Avaliani's willingness to take the time to inform me about options and get to know me as a patient. I have had Botox for a deep furrow between my brows that not only made me look angry and tired, but also began to force one brow to be lower than the other. Dr. Avaliani introduced me to a new product and was meticulous in how she applied the product in order to even out the eyebrows. Within a few days there was a noticeable difference. I couldn't be happier with the result or her care.
