Was there a personal and/or professional experience that inspired you to open your practice?
I was exposed to plastic surgery during medical school and quickly realized how unique and versatile the field is. Plastic surgery is the ultimate form of general surgery. As a plastic surgeon, you perform reconstructive procedures, assist trauma surgeons, and collaborate with other specialists, such as cardiac and orthopedic surgeons.
Nearly every medical discipline may involve or require plastic and reconstructive surgery at some point. The ability to help people feel better about themselves, improve their self-confidence, and enhance their quality of life is immensely rewarding.
What was your mission at the start of opening your practice? Has it changed?
Plastic surgery is an extraordinary field in which I can help people feel confident in their own skin. I’ve always been fascinated by how surgery can profoundly impact someone’s self-confidence and self-perception, and I want to be a part of that transformation. My mission has always been to offer superior surgical results and to perform plastic surgery in a manner that both the patient and I would be proud of.
If you had to pick three words to describe the vibe of your practice, what would they be and why?
Expert: I have over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery and have pioneered multiple procedures that focus on creating definition and three-dimensional results. This has allowed me to write extensively and appear as faculty at many annual meetings of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons to teach other plastic surgeons as an expert. Thanks to this, patients can rest assured knowing that they are getting best-in-class service and care.
Innovative: My approach to plastic surgery stands out from traditional plastic surgery techniques, which are designed for two-dimensional correction, by working on creating contour and shape in the third element of dimension. Some of the procedures that I have innovated include the High-Definition Tummy Tuck, the high-definition mommy makeover, high-profile Internal Dermal Bra breast lift and reshaping, and various buttocks enhancement surgeries.

How did you come up with the name of your practice?
I wanted it to go beyond plastic surgery — to be the ultimate destination on people’s aesthetic journeys — so The Aesthetic Centers felt appropriate.

The future of plastic surgery is bright, as more surgeons are recognizing that patients seek natural enhancements rather than drastic changes. This philosophy has been the foundation of my practice for the past 20 years. As a world-renowned plastic surgeon, I have served as a faculty member at many national meetings, where I have presented my work on achieving comprehensive yet natural-looking results—an approach I have been pioneering and emphasizing at The Aesthetic Centers. Whether performing a facelift or a total makeover, my goal is to restore and enhance my patients’ physiques while highlighting their natural contours. To this end, I have developed multiple signature procedures, including the High-Definition Tummy Tuck for a sculpted, naturally defined abdominal contour, high-profile Internal Dermal Bra breast lifts, and the 360-degree mommy makeover.
What are you best known for?
I am a global leader in the field of breast surgery, 360-degree body contouring, total body lift, extreme makeovers, thigh lifts, and buttock lift surgeries. Over the past 20 years, I have performed more than 550 lower body lift surgeries, making me one of the most experienced plastic surgeons worldwide in this complex and comprehensive procedure. I have pioneered multiple techniques, authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on these topics, and served as a faculty member at many annual meetings of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, where I teach other plastic surgeons. I am also the creator of the High-Definition Tummy Tuck, High-Definition Lower Body Lift, high-profile Internal Dermal Bra breast lifts, Spiral Thigh Lift, J-Thoracoplasty, and breast recreation after implant removal techniques.

What is unique about your practice?
We have an accredited ambulatory Surgery Center that is tailored to support my proprietary techniques and a highly specialized and experienced staff that accompanies me in every surgery. These assets allow us to deliver superior surgical outcomes with consistency.
We also offer cutting-edge surgical and non-invasive aesthetic treatments for the body, skin, and face. We also provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy for enhanced and faster surgery recovery.
Are there any new services you are excited to offer?
Yes, we are super excited about the hyperbaric oxygen therapy and nutritional IV therapy, and soon we will be offering weight management programs with GLP-1/semaglutide medications.
What is one underrated service that doesn’t receive as much press as it should be?
Thighs. Thighs are one of the most challenging areas as we age. The aging process affects our skin and tissues, compounded by factors like pregnancy, smoking, and excessive sun exposure. While there are numerous approaches to address aging in the face, breasts, abdomen, and buttocks, very few plastic surgeons take on the challenge of treating the thighs—an area that is highly visible in bikinis and skirts. According to 2013 data from The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, most plastic surgeons perform only one to two thigh lifts per year, likely due to limited training in this area and the shortcomings of traditional thigh lift techniques. This is where I stand apart. With years of experience in thigh lift surgeries, I have developed advanced techniques that elevate the thigh tissues completely over the thigh muscle, delivering superior and long-lasting results.
