Between the low humidity levels and dry air of the winter, it is very important to use a moisturizer regularly. Moisturizer helps to prevent dryness by locking in moisturizing and forming a protective barrier over your skin. Here Haute Beauty experts share their go-to moisturizer this winter season.

I truly love the Hyaluronic Acid from Neutrogena called Hydro Boost Face Gel Cream. I use it twice daily and it works great for my sensitive skin and allows me to not stop my retinol use.

Depending on where you live, winter can come with snow, cold, and no humidity. This is a recipe for dry skin! My go-to moisturizer this winter has been the AlumierMD HydraDew Moisturizer. With Shea butter, Hyaluronic acid, peptides and antioxidants, this moisturizer helps to deeply hydrate and protect from the elements!
For the daytime, a moisturizer with an SPF is a must! I love the Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral Broad Spectrum. It contains mineral blockers with SPF 36, blue light protection, hyaluronic acid, and antioxidants, and gives a nice glow to the skin. On super dry days I will layer with the Hydroboost Serum with Niacinamide from Neutrogena!

My go-to moisturizer for dry winter skin is the Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Radiant Smoothing Body Butter. It quickly absorbs into the skin and provides intense hydration to repair dryness and restore radiance. When my skin starts to feel dry and lifeless, petroleum jelly comes in handy. I apply it to my face before going to bed to bring back smoothness and hydration. Leaving it on overnight also helps protect my lips from the cold weather, leaving them softer and smoother.
