What color is the shirt you’re wearing? You may really have to think about the answers to these questions or you may not know them at all. We tend to be so preoccupied, questioning the past or worrying about the future, that we miss out on the present.

The warm days and starry nights of summer are always packed with things to do: spending a day at the beach, poolside barbeques with the family, and last week included attending Miami Swim Week events. It becomes so easy to get caught up and not take time to enjoy the moment, or just appreciate the laughter and presence of the people that we love.
