What makes this restaurant so great has to be its old-fashion décor from the very first time you walk through the door of the lobby you are greeted with such a breath-taking décor with 36 seats, ideal for an intimate setting.

Jordache Enterprises seems more and more interested in the former South Beach mansion owned by Versace. In fact the fashion icon has already moved to seize the legendary fashion designer’s mansion. On December 23, 2011, an affiliate of Jordache, called VM South Beach has filed a foreclosure lawsuit against Casa Casuarina, the current owner and Peter T. Loftin, a managing member.

Serendipity 3 has officially opened its doors on Lincoln Road located between Lenox Avenue and Alton Road. The famous Manhattan ice-cream parlor has been known for their famous Golden Opulence Sundae which is made of five scoops of ice cream with edible gold leaf for $1000 and the parlor’s frozen hot chocolate on the menu for $8.95.

It’s hard to believe that after 13 years of filling tall orders for the Biltmore Hotel’s Palm d’Or restaurant, Chef Philippe Ruiz has resigned. According to Miami News Times who originally broke the news of the chef’s departure, followed by Danielle Finnegan, a spokeswoman for the Biltmore also confirmed the story of his resignation.

This week The World Dubai will open publicly its first island which will launch its exclusive resort called the luxury World Island Beach Club. Initially, the resort was due to open in 2011 during the fourth quarter. However, construction of the resort delayed its launch.

For the start of the New Year, another indie restaurant called Il Mare will soon be opened in Downtown LA in the burgeoning South Park district, amongst the other elite indie restaurants on South Park, restaurants such as Rivera, Bottle Rock and Arashi Sushi. It was just back in July when the build-out of the restaurant was first discovered by Brigham Yen and now only five months later that Il Mare, a new Italian seafood restaurant will soon be open, after all inspections are passed.

Over the next few weeks in January, the buzz of dance has taken center stage right here in London. Starting off with the who’s who of contemporary dance, Resolution! at The Place. An annual season of dance that includes many artists such as Jasmin Vardimon, Charlotte Vincent, Hofesh Shechter, Mark Baldwin and the list goes on. This stellar new year opening runs from January 6 to February 17, with tickets £14.

After 27 years of serving many guests decadent selections of foods such as the restaurant’s signature gnocchi dish, the owner and host of KCRW “Good Food” Evan Kleiman sadly announced that the restaurant will be closing its doors on January 8.
