Italian men’s clothing retailer Malo will be making its way to Rodeo Drive this new fall season. In fact, just this month Golden Triangle architect Cosimo Pizzulli was hired to design the new boutique, leaving many in anticipation of the grand opening.

The most celebrated restaurant in Los Angeles, Spago underwent a much anticipated renovation after chef and owner Wolfgang Puck shut down the Beverly Hills property earlier this summer. With the help of Waldo Fernandez infamous for work at Mezze and Soho House who was hired by Puck to transform the ‘80s inspired dining room into a more modern, clean look. As of now, the space is still undergoing a facelift, but here’s a sneak peek inside.

Producer Brian Grazer has been known for having an impressive portfolio of movies he’s worked on like Apollo 13 and Arrested Development. Well, the legendary producer’s Malibu Colony home has been put back on the market with an asking price of $18.95 million.

Last June the property went on sell for an asking price $2.295 million and has run into four sale pendings. As of yesterday, the Big Lebowski has finally closed at a steep discount of $1.59 million.

While Ryan Seacrest says bye-bye to the single life, the sale of his bachelor pad was considered a loss after closing at $11 million. The wacky host of American Idol is by far not worried at all, of his recent sale of the mansion, formerly owned by Kevin Costner. Seacrest purchased the home back in 2006 for $11.5 million and attempted to sale the home twice, once in 2010 for $14.95 million and again in this past May for $11.985 million.
