Warner Bros. is reportedly so desperate for Robert Downey Jr. to sign on for its Gepetto project that they’ve hired screenwriter Jane Goldman to write a part just for him. Goldman, who has worked on Stardust, The Woman in Black and X-Men: First Class is meant to entice both Downey Jr. and director Tim Burton to finally agree to work on the film; they have been toying with the idea since January.
