In celebration of South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s 10th anniversary, festival founder and director Lee Brian Schrager is releasing the Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival Cookbook. The book, written by Schrager with Julie Mautner, will be available Nov. 16 and features a forward by witty celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain. The cookbook is like a backstage pass of sorts since it gives readers an all-access tour of the festival’s food world and flavor, equipped with interviews and insider stories.
