Morton’s and Mondavi Come Together for the First Ever Virtual Wine Dinner and Charity Auction
A good steak is even better when paired with the perfect glass of wine. Luckily, on Oct. 7 guests of Morton’s The Steakhouse can have the best of both worlds because Morton’s is uniting with Napa Valley’s famed Mondavi family for a nationwide dinner and Make-A-Wish Foundation charity auction.
For the first time ever, the second, third and fourth generations of Napa Valley’s Mondavi family will come together for “Morton’s and the Mondavi Families: Celebrating the Legendary Blend.” The special wine dinner will be broadcasted live from the Carriage House at the Charles Krug Winery in Napa to 54 Morton’s private dining rooms across the country, including Morton’s in Coral Gables and North Miami Beach.
Guests of this exclusive event will get to sample four courses of Morton’s brand new menu items, each coupled with ideal wine selections from the Mondavi family collection. There will be a variety of appetizers along with a salad, entrée and dessert, all deliciously mingled with Napa Valley’s first family of wine-making favorites like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel Port.
The silent auction will feature a variety of wine selections including a three-pack of the Mondavi Family Wines as well as an online auction of the premier red wine produced by all three generations of the Mondavi family. All of the proceeds from this historical night will go to Make-A-Wish Foundation. Tickets to the event are $175 and those wanting to participate can contact:
Morton’s The Steakhouse Coral Gables, 2333 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, 305.442.1662.
Morton’s The Steakhouse North Miami Beach, 17399 Biscayne Blvd., North Miami Beach, 305.945.3131.
