This weekend, Midtown was received by an eager procession of well-dressed tasters invited to partake in the pre-opening of restaurateur Walle Chin’s latest venture, Walle Restaurant & Lounge. Walle, a self-described Asian influenced restaurant, lived up to its description as I walked in to a richly designed space with clean lines accented by dark woods and a large black marble top bar.
