The unveiling of the 2010 Kristina Ashley Swimwear Collection will take place as the clock strikes midnight at Nikki Beach’s latest makeover venture, CLUB O1.

There is no way to live in Miami, successfully, without paying attention to the presentation of your outer appearance. We live in a city where next-to-nothing ensembles are somewhat of a uniform, so best to make sure that when donning anything from an itsy bitsy bikini to a slinky cocktail dress, that you’ve got the bod to make it work. Keeping traditional opulence at heart, while soaring past passé conventions, the new Phenoms are tinged in seven new colors and outfitted in lush materials. Extravagance is just the starting point.

In our most recent issue of Haute Living Miami, we documented some of our most successful residents, or “The Most Influential People in the World’s Most Magical City.” Many of these moguls have spent years establishing their success and building a reputation where they defined themselves as the leaders of industry. But what happens to our city when the moguls move on, either choosing to settle in to retirement, or, gasp, another city, or whatever next chapter life may have in store. As usual, last weekend was chock-full of grand events taking place around the Magic City, including the Miami Beach Polo World Cup, which started on Wednesday, April 21, through Sunday, April 25.
