Haute Menswear Designer Zaharoff Launches His Fall Collection

With a clear understanding that the clothes make the man, Chicago-based Menswear designer George Zaharoff’s Fall 2010 Collection redefines modern luxury for a discriminating, well-dressed clientele. Rich in details, extraordinary textures, and unique fabrics hand-picked from the finest Italian mills, the season presents a cohesive collection of men’s made-to-measure and off-the-rack tailored clothing – suits, jackets and trousers.

For Fall 2010, Zaharoff presents groupings of 100% Italian wool pieces called “Road Warrior”, designed with his sophisticated, jet-setting clientele in mind. The season’s palette was inspired by shades of blue and grey, and standout pieces are crafted in luxurious, breathable and wrinkle-resistant fabrications such as bamboo, linen silk, silk cashmere and silk wool. Unexpected combinations for a menswear collection!

Described as a “Wunderkind” by WWD, George Zaharoff is a dynamic, engaging personality. His energy, heart and frequent store appearances have inspired a solid base
of loyal customers and converted many luxury goods salespeople into passionate brand ambassadors.  One might find a silk tie designed with a pattern similar to a Byzantine molding chiseled 1,100 years ago, or a textured sports jacket inspired by a door in Zanzibar carved by ancient hands. Designer George Zaharoff will be styling his customers at the shows, and also offering a 10% discount on all made-to-measure suits.
