Eva Longoria and World Cup Legends Packed the Global Gift Gala in Paris — And Then Céline Dion Upped the Stakes

Eva Longoria gave Paris a very good reason to dress up on November 5. The actress, director and longtime honorary chair of the Global Gift Foundation joined founder María Bravo at the Four Seasons Hotel George V to celebrate 15 years of the Global Gift Gala in the French capital. On the evening’s agenda? Dinner by Le Cinq chef Christian Le Squer, a Céline Dion concert experience up for auction and, by the end of the night, enough flamenco guitar to get the room on its feet.

For Longoria, the anniversary was a chance to bring the conversation back to the families the gala supports. “Every Global Gift Gala reminds us that when we join forces, we can change lives,” she said, crediting Bravo’s dedication with helping the foundation extend its reach year after year.

This year’s proceeds will benefit two projects. Casa Ángeles Marbella, founded by Bravo, provides personalized therapies, workshops and recreation for children and young people with special needs. In Vietnam, the Casa Ángeles Quang Chau orphanage is home to more than 100 children. The foundation has helped provide food, education, housing and medical care there since 2018.

Longoria and Bravo welcomed a guest list that included French World Cup winners Robert Pires and Adil Rami, singer Tayc and Miss France 2026 Hinaupoko Devèze. Television presenter Sandy Heribert emceed, and entrepreneur and philanthropist Henry R. Muñoz III received the Global Gift Humanitarian Award for his work advancing equality and access to healthcare and education.

As for the auction, Dion made a persuasive case for a return trip to Paris. The singer donated a VIP experience for two at one of her May 2027 concerts, complete with a private box, a champagne welcome and a signed vinyl record personalized for the winning bidder. Other lots included four nights at Jnane Tamsna in Marrakech, works by Jaime Monge, Richard Orlinski and Auguste Thibault, and a trip to the 2027 Global Gift Gala in Marbella that includes seats at the head table and a visit to Casa Ángeles.

The George V, which marked 15 years with the gala as its venue and main sponsor, brought in a familiar pair of talents. Le Squer handled dinner, while the hotel’s artistic director, Jeff Leatham, created the floral setting. Jewelry house APM Monaco returned as a supporter.

French singer Vitaa opened the musical program with a set that included “À fleur de toi,” followed by The Voice Kids France finalist Jude and singer-songwriter Oria. Gipsy Reyes Heritage had the last word, sending guests onto the dance floor with flamenco guitars and rumba. And if anyone left already plotting a trip to Marbella, that auction lot came with a chance to see firsthand the work Longoria and Bravo had brought everyone together to support.
