Dior Celebrates the Launch of J’adore Intense in Beverly Hills
Christian Dior Parfums gathered guests in Beverly Hills on March 9 to celebrate the debut of J’adore Intense, the newest interpretation of one of the house’s most recognizable fragrances. First introduced in 1999, J’adore quickly became a defining pillar of Dior Beauty, known for its luminous floral composition and instantly recognizable amphora bottle.

The evening also spotlighted the fragrance’s current muse, Rihanna, who became the face of J’adore in 2024 and has since brought fresh energy to the iconic scent.
The event brought together Dior leadership, ambassadors, and friends of the house. Véronique Courtois, Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and the LVMH Beauty division, attended alongside Dior Perfume Creation Director Francis Kurkdjian. Dior ambassadors Yuko Araki, Harriet Herbig-Matten, and Nicole Wallace were also present, along with Dior Beauty guests Lana Condor, Skai Jackson, Alexandra Shipp, and Jurnee Smollett.

For the evening, the venue transformed into CLUB J’ADORE, a one-night celebration inspired by the golden world long associated with the fragrance. Performances from DJ duo Doppelganger Paris, Grammy Award winning pianist Brian Kennedy, DJ Kitty Ca$h, and DJ Inferno carried the energy late into the night.

Created by Kurkdjian, J’adore Intense builds on the fragrance’s signature floral bouquet with a richer composition. Jasmine remains at the center, enriched with apricot nuances, while rose appears fuller and more textured. Ylang-ylang adds warmth and radiance, while a base of sandalwood and vanilla introduces a smooth gourmand finish.
The result expands the story of J’adore with a deeper, more enveloping interpretation of the house’s enduring floral icon.
