Hogan Does Know Best
Hulk Hogan, the wrestler we love to watch being a dad, has just closed on a deal for his N. Bay Rd, ultra-modern mansion. The Miami Beach residence, that Hogan bought for $12 million in April 2006 has just sold it for barely under its full asking price of $18.9 million.
The buyer, Michael Bay, also known as the director of Transformers, Pearl Harbor, Armageddon and Bad Boys. Finally settled for the full price of this water-front domicile.
Seems like Hogan does know best when it comes to real estate!
