Each morning, I started my day with a peaceful meditation in the resort’s grotto—a sacred, intimate space that radiates calm. The sound meditation sessions at Mii Amo were equally powerful, leaving me with a sense of deep clarity and renewed energy.

As someone who loves to stay active, I appreciated the amazing tennis courts. I played every morning under clear blue skies, surrounded by red cliffs and the songs of desert birds. Afterwards, I’d stop by the juice bar at Mii Amo to enjoy a fresh-pressed juice or a smoothie made with organic ingredients—perfect nourishment for the soul and body.

Dining at Enchantment is a joy of its own. The main restaurant offers spectacular canyon views and a menu filled with creative, delicious dishes. At the Hummingbird restaurant, the food is incredibly fresh, often made with produce grown right in their garden. Each meal felt intentional, rooted in both flavor and wellness.

There are two beautiful pools on the property—one near the Enchantment side with sweeping views of the canyon, and a more intimate, peaceful one at Mii Amo, perfect for quiet reflection or a mid-afternoon swim.

What truly makes this resort stand out are the daily activities. Every day brings new opportunities: guided hikes through sacred red rock trails, stargazing under Sedona’s famous dark skies, wellness classes, or just peaceful solitude on a rock ledge above the canyon. Best of all, you’re right next to some of Sedona’s most iconic trails. I could walk straight from my casita to Boynton Canyon Trail, the stunning Cachina Trail, or even take the scenic Mescal Trail to Devil’s Bridge.

The rooms themselves are like private houses —quiet, comfortable, and beautifully designed to blend into the natural landscape. After a day of hiking, tennis, and meditation, I would retreat to my space for a massage that melted away every last bit of stress.
