The Jimmy Choo Spring 2025 Collection Defines Hyper Glamour

The Jimmy Choo Spring 2025 collection, aptly named Hyper Glamour, brings a vibrant and playful reinterpretation of the brand’s iconic DNA, with a modern twist inspired by Y2K fashion. Creative Director Sandra Choi reimagines the era’s boundless positivity and high-octane femininity, blending them with Jimmy Choo’s signature glamour. The result is a collection that fuses sophistication with fun, balancing the twin worlds that the brand has always occupied—bold, confident, and luxurious.

“This collection is about hyper-glamour, excitement, and the twin worlds Jimmy Choo always occupies—pop, fun, but also extremely sophisticated,” explains Choi. The collection’s fresh approach is expressed through lightness, sleek materiality, and pearlescent hues, such as aqua, blue, latte, and futuristic silver. These colors are paired with polished leathers, satin, and translucent tulle, creating an attractive opposition of sharp, slick lines against soft, tactile textures.

The Spring 2025 collection features a variety of standout silhouettes, with the mule taking center stage. The LOTTA mule boasts an elongated, chiseled toe on a 65mm heel, combining ruched tulle for a revealing yet concealing look. Meanwhile, the VIVI mule reinvents the silhouette in latte leather, coffee-embossed lizard, or crystal-spangled tulle, while the STAZ adds drama with a sculpted abstract bow in mirrored metallic patent leather.

Embellishment is amped up to reflect a party-going mood, with oversized, glistening paillettes adorning pieces like the ISA slingback. The Bon Bon bag receives a new iteration, further elevating the idea of everyday luxury with extraordinary detail. The DROP heel family continues to expand, with the SCARLETT 50 mule presented in leopard print, vintage metallic leather, and floral jacquard, establishing itself as a Jimmy Choo signature.

For handbags, the DIAMOND HOBO debuts as a trapezoid silhouette crafted from soft leather and suede, with faceted panels that mimic the cut of a diamond. Other standouts include the CINCH drawstring shoulder bag in coffee suede and buttery tan nappa, and the EDIE HOBO MINI, a nod to Y2K accessories, presented in soft satin and metallic leather with an exaggerated JC logo.

In footwear, the DIAMOND X II sneaker takes center stage, offering a unisex design that merges luxury and sport. Featuring faceted diamond insets embedded in a molded rubber sole, it balances practicality with high-fashion appeal, making it an arresting hybrid for the new season.

The Spring 2025 collection presentation was held in a curated space designed by interior designer Nebihe Cihan in collaboration with Milan’s Nilufar Gallery. The space, filled with sculptural furniture by renowned artists, echoed the fluid, futuristic ethos of the collection.
