Haute Living Celebrates LA Rams Cornerback Jalen Ramsey With The Macallan

With the help of The Macallan, Haute Living celebrated Jalen Ramsey, the Los Angeles Rams’ star Cornerback. He originally played football with Florida State and was drafted in 2016 by the Jacksonville Jaguars before eventually moving over to the Los Angeles Rams.

During the celebratory evening, The Macallan offered guests specialty cocktails like the Copper Old Fashioned and Barley and Honey. There was a guided tasting of one of Macallan’s highly coveted Macallan M, which was led by the Macallan Brand Specialist for Los Angeles, Martin Cole.

The Macallan also helped to create a menu with four courses. The first course was a choice between tuna tartare and sashimi consisting of salmon, tuna, and hamachi. The second course was a Melitzanosalata (an eggplant dip), tzatziki, and hummus with pita, a greek salad, or keftedes (Greek meatballs). Following that was the main course, which featured the options of grilled lavraki, organic roasted chicken, or Filet Mignon served with Avra roasted potatoes, broccoli rabe, and spanakorizo (spinach rice).

After the main course was the tasting of the Macallan M, before moving on to dessert. The dessert was a selection of various Avra sweets paired with the Macallan Arabica Harmony Intense Arabica.

In addition to Jalen Ramsey, other notable guests included Troy Hill, David Long, Martin Cole, Seth Semilof, Dr. Garth Fisher, Sean Lee, David Lee, and Crime by Design.
