The evening started with cocktails in Musica’s Lounge downstairs, where guests enjoyed a jazz performance, followed by a burlesque show of aerialists. Guests sipped and enjoyed The Macklowe American Single Malt, the exceptional whiskey created by Julie in 2019. Cristal champagne was also served, along with small bites catered by Cipriani.

At 10:30PM, Master of Ceremony Danny Estrella directed the crowd to the main night club on the upper floor where Macklowe blew the candles of her giant birthday cake shaped like The Macklowe, surrounded by family, including husband Billy Macklowe, mother-in-law Linda Macklowe, father and brother Frank & Alan Lerner, and a mad mix of old and young friends from the high finance, art, fashion, music & entertainment worlds.
