The long-awaited inaugural Louis Vuitton Men’s SS19 Collection by Virgil Abloh debuted with an exclusive launch preview at the gorgeous Miami Design District boutique. VIP guests were invited to be one of the first in the country—following simultaneous New York and Los Angeles debuts—to view the Collection in person before it launched in 30 select stores globally on Friday, January 18th.

The Collection marks Abloh’s first launch with the , bringing forth a vibrant collection of menswear. This is the first phase of Abloh’s global campaign, embodying infancy, childhood and adolescence—systematically focusing on the developmental stages that form a man’s identity and wardrobe. Paying homage to the theme, the boutique design drew whimsical inspiration from “The Wizard of Oz,” showcasing a unique design of a yellow pathway leading up to the entryway of the boutique. The third floor pop-up area also showcased its own mural featuring an eye-catching, rainbow-colored figure that served as the perfect backdrop for the affair. The colorful merchandise artfully decorated the space, allowing guests to get their hands on some of the Collection’s most coveted pieces.
