The Setai’s identity begins with its architecture. The property occupies a restored 1937 Art Deco landmark in the heart of the Miami Beach Historic District, and the decision to weave the aesthetics of the Far East through the original Art Deco facade rather than erase or obscure it produced one of the most distinctive hotel identities in South Florida.
