Sleeping Beauty Dreams Will Perform At The Beacon Theater

Magic Reality Group will present the world premiere of Sleeping Beauty Dreams, a progressive fantasy-style art exploration, at the Beacon Theater in New York during on Dec 14-15 at 8 p.m. The EDM-inspired performance will display the merging between contemporary ballet and cutting-edge digital technology.

Real-time digital avatar projection, and electronic music will allow the transforming avatars of Sleeping Beauty Dreams to effortlessly replicate, and interact with the dancers and their movements, adding a new dimension to the world of live performance.

Diana Vishneva, international prima ballerina, will play the role of Princess Aurora, while Marcelo Gomes will play her counterpart as Prince Peter. Together, the dynamic duo will explore the story of what Princess Aurora was dreaming during her century-long slumber. In addition to the two principal dancers, other artist included in the production include renowned EDM forerunners NOISIA/Thijs de Vlieger, choreographer Edward Clug, costume designer Bart Hess, who works with Lady Gaga, digital artist Tobias Gremmler, and many more.
