The Best Italian Restaurants In Las Vegas

Any Italian food fan knows the best Italian restaurants are the ones that serve oversized plates of pasta, cheese, and meats. Where and how to make room for the food traditionally consisting of three courses (appetizer, main dish, dessert) is the better question. I recommend unzipping your pants or, my favorite, sweats. I tell you this before dining at the best Italian Restaurants in Las Vegas.
CARMINE’S
Make sure to starve yourself before dinner because Carmine’s family portions are ridiculous. You can feed four people from one plate, I’m sure of it. It’s a local uptown favorite Italian spot located at The Forum Shops. They’re famous for their gigantic meatballs, which you must order. Family style dinners are my absolute favorites for the intimacy. I urge you to experience this dinning here.
Located: 3500 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 11AM to 11PM. Friday and Saturday from 11AM to 12AM.
NORA’S CUISINE
Another local favorite in the valley is Nora’s for their impressive 70 plus dishes. The “Frutti di Mare” is a plate of steamy linguini swimming in an ocean of sweet and tangy marinara sauce with shrimp, mussels, clams, and calamari. Make sure to order a drink from the bar. They craft the best drinks. Located: 5780 W Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89103 Hours: Monday to Thursday from 11AM to 10PM. Friday at 11AM to 11PM. Saturday at 4PM to 11PM. Sunday 4PM to 10PM.
SALUTE TRATTORIA
Table side anything is one of the few ultimate luxuries to experience at any restaurant. I am all about having great experiences and so is Salute Trattoria. Their “Salute Signature Pasta” is served table side in a pecorino cheese wheel. Keep the pasta, give me the cheese wheel is my motto, but fine serve me the pasta too.
Located: 11011 W. Charleston, Las Vegas, NV 89135.
Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 5PM to 10PM. Friday and Saturday from 5PM to 11PM.
BRIO TUSCAN GRILLE
Big Jim was your stereotypical cool Italian man. Bad ass, sick mustache, tall, and those hand gestures your head can’t stop from following. Could’ve sworn he was angry with me when he said, “If you want good Italian food, go to Brio’s. It’s the best,” but turns out the man was just passionate about his ravioli. You’ll take any Italian food recommendations from a guy named Big Jim. Trust me on this. Located: 420 S Rampart Blvd #180, Las Vegas, NV 89145. Hours: Sunday – Thursday from 11AM to 10PM. Friday and Saturday from 11AM to 11PM.
TREVI Italian Restaurants
Are you surprised that two of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas are at The Forum Shops? Well you shouldn’t because The Forum Shops is at The Caesar’s Palace aka a replica of The Roman Empire. TREVI has a lasagna pizza. I think the chefs who came up with this underwent a serious case of the munchies for coming up with godlike recipes like this and I hate them for it because I’m going to order one next weekend. Tell me your mouth didn’t water watching this?
Located: 3500 Las Vegas Boulevard South Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Hours: Sunday – Thursday from 11AM to 11PM. Friday and Saturday from 11AM to 12AM.
