This month, the architectural marvel that is Miami Design District’s City View Garage, is welcoming a new tenant: Luxury Brand Partners. Presently sprawled across five different offices in the district, the parent company to artist-driven beauty brands including Oribe, R + Co and Smith & Cult, is consolidating as a result of prolific growth in Miami.
But, within the new venue the art-beauty-driven company will gain much more than a roomy 20,000 square feet of office space. Housing creative talent and space alike, the new location will usher in expansive, innovative growth for the company.
Berenblum Busch Architecture is designing the space, which will have your fluorescent-tinted office with a corner water cooler fill up with envy. One of the office’s four floors within the iconic half gold and half blue building will be devoted to the “LPB Social Club,” along with a ping pong table, a (much-appreciated) massage room and other unique-to-the-office activities spread about.
Luxury Brand Partners, loyally devoted to its clients, will utilize one of its four floors for conference space–the central reception for visitors. All of the office floors are tediously and strategically designed, even down to the ground floor. From Blue Bottle Coffee’s first flagship store to lifestyle fashion stores and workout powerhouses including Orange Theory and Ohana Yoga, the bottom floor proves to be a top-notch retail hub where even the most eclectic interests can be satisfied.
Craig Robbins, CEO and President of Dacra, is a Miami design aficionado who has worked with Luxury Brand Partners on the conception of the new headquarters, ensuring that the space will be a stunner, housing something more than 160 desks: limitless, refreshing innovation.
