Yes, the T-iesel at Gracias Madre has a pot leaf sprinkled on top…but that’s because there’s actually cannabis IN the cocktail. The Sour T-iesel is made with CBD oil, the vegan egg white substitute aquafaba, tequila blanco, lime juice, agave nectar, mint and sage leaves, and a pinch of salt. That leaf on top, however, is not made with weed—that’s a matcha green tea leaf stencil garnish. But you don’t have to tell anyone. Your street cred is solidly in check.
