Go Scientific With the Bobo Social Experimental Burger Society

Charlotte Street’s high-end burger and small plates dining concept, Bobo Social will be launching their brand new Saturday brunch Experimental Burger Society later this month. Guests will be invited to join their Head Chef in the EBS laboratory for an experimental burger creation brunch featuring a starter of a delicious exotic meats tasting and a Bloody Mary or glass of Prosecco on arrival. Diners will then get involved and learn some gastronomy by creating their very own unusual burgers with a range of interesting and tasty meats, such as, Kangaroo, Zebra, Alligator, Venison, Ostrich and of course BOBO’s classic Rare-Breed Beef.

The Monday night EBS has already received high acclaim since it’s conception in 2014. This new Saturday offering will open the laboratory doors for those who love to brunch, cook and create.

Bobo Social has rapidly become a Fitzrovia institution in less than a year of its opening and is known as the restaurant critics’ Charlotte Street eatery of choice, with several top foodies addicted to the famous peanut butter burger. It’s that good.
