There is nothing like spring in New York City. With an abundance of festivals, museums, boutiques and eateries with outdoor seating, why would you want to spend your spring anywhere else? Below is a list of new venues opening this spring/summer with incredible views of one of the greatest cities in the world.

Industry Kitchen is a brand new indoor and outdoor bar and restaurant nestled under the FDR drive, in South Street Seaport. The 5,000 square-foot venue accommodates up to 300 inside and outside, has floor-to-ceiling windows frame with a picturesque view of the East River.

Industry Kitchen offers an assortment of craft beers and signature cocktails. There is an open kitchen with an unobstructed view of two large custom-made wood burning ovens. The food menu includes an abundant of dishes from salads to wood oven grilled meats, and pizzas that are cooked to perfection.

The Lure Group, which operates some of NYC’s haute locations like Governors Beach Club and Beekman Beer Garden, has announced a new partnership with Space Ibiza New York to launch “Open Air NY.”

Open Air NY will be an outdoor electronic music event series at Governors Club. It is slated to debut May 16th featuring DJ Boris, Steve Lawler and The Junkies. The Beach Club has updated its facilities with new state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, making it the perfect backdrop and outdoor haven to enjoy some of the biggest and best headlining music acts.

Watermark Bar is an ultra-chic waterfront destination perched on the edge of the double level Pier 15 adjacent to South Street Seaport. The 3,500 square-foot venue features an indoor and outdoor space with scenic views of the New York Harbor and Brooklyn Bridge. While soaking in some sun, patrons cam enjoy an assortment of locally and domestically sourced craft beers and signature cocktails, as well as a gourmet American grille food menu. Watermark Bar will surely feel like a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC.

This cozy neighborhood venue is snuggled in downtown Manhattan facing a large courtyard filled with communal tables and benches both indoor and outdoor. The 4,000 square-foot venue features 200 seats and provides guests with a one-of-a-kind craft ale experience with 20 draught beers and ciders on rotation. Ten select super craft beers are served precisely to each Brew Masters specs, thanks to an on-site flux capacitor, the most advanced beer technology in the market that calibrates nitrogen and carbon dioxide and adjusts compression of each individual beer. Clinton Hall serves beer at its scientific best.
